The Server is Offline (You are not signed in)

i've been having few computers start failing or available remotely. server rebooted , since no computers able connect online or after reboot.  machines can still browse , edit network files stored on server without issue.

there's thread same title has solution "restarted machines" best can tell, , solution isn't working here.  other ideas?

- no network changes have been made , it's been working fine until (~5 months)
