Verification of prerequisites for Domain Controller promotion failed in Windows Server 2012 R2

verification of prerequisites domain controller promotion failed. tcp ports required active directory domain services in use on computer. must remove or reconfigure services using these ports (88, 389, 636, 3268, 3269).

how fix this?
