How to upgrade to RDP 8.0 on Windows 7 Home Premium?

i saw microsoft blog entry describing new features of rdp 8.0 , how enable new functionality.  (this blog suggested posting forum, although see forum appears server forum ... possible apologies in advance)

i upgraded win7 ultimate (x64) , win7 enterprise (x64) machine following these instructions. have win7 home premium (x64) machine not have "local group policy editor" , instructions reference policies , not registry entries.

i took snapshots of registry on win7 ultimate machine before , after changing policies determine registries keys changed. here keys noted , tried incorporating win7 home premium machine did not work.

any thoughts, ideas, or instructions next steps appreciated. (udp support , resizable connection bar alone make worthwhile update me!)

to resizable connection bar , rd client udp support when connecting rdp 8.0 hosts need install 2 updates (no reg edits).  if want remotefx dynamic usb redirection need try adding necessary policy registry entries.
