ID 2051 FailoverClustering Errors

good morning, 

took quick @ event viewer on windows server 2012 standard server hosting exchange 2013 , see following errors... every 5 minutes days now. im not aware of updates installed im not sure causing or troubleshoot quite honestly; 

server running on vmware virtual platform.
