Does the value of dscorepropagationdata in AD mean it has communicated with the DC?


 i need know if date value of dscorepropagationdata in ad means has in fact communicated dc way?  apparently 1 of systems stolen on date before date, need know it's accuracy legal reasons.

 my symantec server , witnesses show computer stolen 2 days before the dscorepropagationdata date stamp.

if can shine light on appreciate it.

far know, dscorepropagationdata used store state information sdprop (security descriptor propagator) used ad apply inherited permissions child objects. please refer article below:

according christoffer following thread, “dscorepropagationdata gets updated once ntsecuritydescriptor updated security descriptor propagation demon (sdprop) - happens when security changed on object higher in hierarchy , has propagated/inherited subordinated objects. note: process local , happens on each dc”.
