Windows 2008 R2 - server blue screens after sysprep with generalize

hi folks, 

i having issue windows 2008 r2 sp1 - enterprise edition working on.

the server hp bl460c gen9 , configured boot san.

i have 100+ servers deploy image when run sysprep with generalize blue screens on following: 

  1. safe mode hangs on bchtsw64.sys , crashes.
  2. if load system registry hive , bypass bchtsw64.sys hangs , crashes on bfad_up.sys
  3. if bypass both bchtsw64.sys & bfad_up.sys hangs , crashes on disk.sys

if not use the generalize switch works fine need of items the generalize does. 

believe issue the generalize step removes items relating above drivers. 
appreciated here...

unfortunately not booting san not option me here. 

i resolved issue rebuilding template previous custom image had. 

after deploy template saw fit.
