How to disable Smart Card GPO

i have domain controller. when booted , typed in username , password gave me error. said needed smart card login. i don't use smart cards. i think accidentaly enabled policy. how can disable policy? don't remember directory services restore password either.

if have found solution this, please forward me faced same issue.
