How to transfer OS from NT4.0 to 2008 SP2 base on new 64 bit hardware platform?

hello have case file server transfition, because old file server old , os nt4.0, function dhcp wins , other data, if must it, need careful , how many service can not transfer base on 32bit 64bit? appreciate it.

all mentioned services exist on windows 2008 64 bit.
