Windows 2012R2 ISO volume licensing includes update KB2919355 & KB29559977 causes Windows Updates error 80072F8F

i setup new physical server using windows 2012r2 iso volume licensing includes update kb2919355.  when attempt run windows updates gives me error code 80072f8f.  installed kb2919355 server, reboot , able run windows updates ok.  when reinstall kb2919355 same error code 80072f8f windows can't search updates.

here have done far.  our w2k8 sp1 wsus server checked to make sure tls 1.2 not enable.  of servers not getting updates wsus server directly microsoft website.  downloaded , installed windows server 2012 r2 update (kb2919355) http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42334 attempted run windows updates -failed.  uninstalled windows server 2012 r2 update (kb2919355) including update kb2919355 & kb2959977 , run updates again.  able run windows updates ok. 

i'm confuse now.  should not apply kb2919344 & kb2959977 updates windows servers?  there fix problem?

maybe sue computer's date , time might not same date , time online windows update service. please ensure computer's time syncs online windows update sercice.
