MAP Tool not able to inventory - Windows Firewall and Trend Micro installed in the customer environment
hello,
i trying run map tool in customer environment in both windows firewall , trend micro officescan running. have opened ports 135 , 445 using group policy. have set rule in trend micro firewall open ports. the windows firewall: allow remote administration exception is enabled in windows firewall. map tool still unable retrieve data. showing 24 machines inventoried out of 580 machines discovered. customer has confirmed there @ least 100 machines connected network @ time of inventory. possible solution this? there else done?

are firewall rules being applied correctly?
