Additional Permissions for ICA-TCP connection

i can change session settings of ica-rdp connection using powershell modifying registry. however, not finding way add additional permissions connection using powershell. 

i see security registry connection, can;t read values , add parameters it.

Windows server 2012 r2 inplace upgrade failed
