How do I prevent IIS 8 from starting up when my computer starts

i using apache server writing web sites. have turn off iis every day before can start apache server. there should way of preventing case in earlier versions, cannot find it.

windows 7 professional 64 bit.

can help?

try disabling service. might ask them here if can't uninstall it.
