Unable to print to printer in remote office

when user tries print see print job being created on redirected printer status screen (hp mfp m127) print job never printed (we see come in spooler , out)

in event log see following error:  how can fix this?

tried recommendation , still no success.    hp recommendation downgrade server many errors windows 7/8/2012r2 combinations , go windows 7/windows 2012.   may have that, since seeing may issues using windows 2012r2.   simple things should work out of box.
