hi, tried recover rd license, however, showed "you have reached maximum recovery limits"

should do?

hi,

can revoke 20% of specific version of cal or 1 cal, whichever more. 

once 20% of totals cal revoked, admin have wait till of revoked cal expires, can revoke more cal’s.

details may reverence blog - manual revocation of client access licenses (cals):

if want revoke issued pre device licenses, may rebuild rd licensing server database.
