CA certificate Keyset does not exist 0x80090016 (-2146893802 NTE_BAD_KEYSET).

i system attacked ransom bug , lost all. able restore server 3 week old up. i'm getting sorts of errors. relate certsrv. don't have .pfx file pull from. click on cert service , try start service , service not start. can

keyset not exist 0x80090016 (-2146893802). 

you need restore ca  certificate , private key backup.

either pfx file backup or ensure included system state , full restore windows server backup

otherwise, have create new ca , redeploy certificates
