Group Policy Management, Source code 1053 error code 1722 (RPC server is unavailable)

i facing issue of member server hang on "loading user profile server" , "applying user setting" on 1 site. rest sites working fine.

steps performed

1. rebuild machines

2. nslookup fine

3. ad pinging

4. when run gpupdate /force or gpresult /r, not give output

5. user have wait 15-20 minutes before logon

6. windows firewall off

7. no av installed

8. googling related error 1053 source code 1722 done

9. when try add use rdp, gives "rpc server unavailable"

please assist or guide

pleaase on dc run "dcdiag" , "repadmin /replsum" post result here,we check that.
