Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 10

i have small network set @ home , using remote server administration tools windows 10 update/create gpo's.

i have 2 laptops 1 running windows 10 32bit , other running windows 10 pro 64bit

i using windows 7 pro 64bit version before upgraded windows 10 , working great. have upgraded when ever go edit gpo have already been working on gives me error (0x80070041) occurred parsing file. network access denied when ever try access user configuration/preferences & computer configuration/preferences.

able access gpos on domain controller? please first have check @ logs see if there other messages.
 
seems permission issue. account using access group poliy settings currently? use account has appropriate rights verify permissions of gpos on domain controller.
 
also, please make sure pdc operations master of domain online.
