hi,
based on research, error reported solarwinds diagnostic tool because wsus server has "directory browsing" role service enabled in web server role. if dedicated wsus server, erroneous configuration, causing iis return http 403.14 error diagnostic tool, , it's displaying standard error text detecting http 403 error. defect in wsus server, , fix disable directory browsing role service in web server role. if not dedicated wsus server, question whether there other web applications or web services require directory browsing enabled. if not, should remove role service. if so, normal indication implementation because iis returning error diagnostic tool.
