DHCP Server Wont Start

running window server 2008 r2. when try start service error here.

i don't have ad environment workgroup environment.

i have tried following link here. nothing. tried updating network cards drive. netsh commands suggest nothing works.

i have tried suggested registry trick of disable rouge check no avail cannot service start.

i have used utility , show netopia router 1 have setup.
