Asp.Net debugging vulnerability.

we having windows server 2008 r2 being used application server running asp.net applications. ran third party software(qualysgaurd express suite) assessment of potential vulnerability , reported asp.net debugging enabled on host , hence server vulnerable attacker can send debug statements remote asp scripts. how can disable debug statements in server? if disable debug statement in server asp.net application affected in manner?
