how do I enable automatic ip address allocation?

hi,

i have dhcp server requires each computer in
network have ip address reserved, instead of dynamically
assigning ip addresses.
i'm not sure on how turn off though, whenever
anyone plugs network automatically ip address,
instead of me needing reserve mac address.

right click scope, select properties and modify start ip address , end ip address. see here great link dhcp operations:

Invalid pointer on gpresult /h gpreport.html
