Win2008r2 as iSCSI initiator and target?

i have backup server running win2008r2 veeam. it's using builtin iscsi initiator connect storage. i'd serve storage that's directly connected (dell md1000), backup server. 

can run microsoft iscsi software target software acts target? break existing iscsi initiator settings?

i installed new 2008r2 , seems doesn't support iscsi connect .

Invalid pointer on gpresult /h gpreport.html
