Device Encryption, locked my ISCSI virtual drive, now it won't unlock it.

 so, connected dell venue 11 pro, iscsi virtual drive on home windows server. set up, then, windows said needed restart , don't remember said, had go , when came laptop somehow encrypted , network drive on own . after little while found turn off encryption going settings , , turned off device encryption. did after time, unlock c: drive didnt unlock iscsi virtual drive. whenever connect drive , says:   bitlocker encryption on drive isn't compatable version of windows. try opening drive using new version of windows.  when try right click drive , hit unlock says application not found. laptop running windows 10 home.  also other computer connected iscsi running windows 10 home , server running windows server 2012 r2 standard.  any ideas have help.

Invalid pointer on gpresult /h gpreport.html
