Disabling Remote Login for domain gateway

i have domain network. have gateway server (the nat router 2 nics connects internet , intranet) public static ip, e.g. 18.43.1.43.

if i'm on public computer (not part of domain network), , type windows explorer bar "\\18.43.1.43", pops window asking username , password. if type in domain user credentials, logs in , shows me "users" folder on server.

my question is, how can disable possibility of logging in public computer? i.e. if type in "\\18.43.1.43" nothing, or fail somehow.

thanks!
