can default .ps1 powershell?

i have set .ps1 powershell default program in administrator account.

i have set .ps1 powershell default program in setup account.

i have copied setup profile .default account , company needed customaztions applied new user profiles except .ps1 defaults notepad breaking login script.

please help

set default execution policy via gpo.

for windows xp , windows server 2003:  administrative templates\windows components\windows powershell    windows vista , later versions of windows:  administrative templates\classic administrative templates\  windows components\windows powershell    policies set in computer configuration node take precedence  on policies set in user configuration node.    powershellexecutionpolicy.adm file available on  microsoft download center. more information, see "administrative  templates windows powershell" @  http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=131786.
