hi,

make sure have installed latest updates rds server , client pc.

please install latest version of remote desktop connection 7 in client pc.

remote desktop connection 7.0 client update remote desktop services (rds)

please make sure clipboard redirection enabled:

1. on client pc, type mstsc.exe , press enter.

2. click options button, click local resources tab , make sure clipboard check box has been selected.

the clipboard viewer chain somehow becoming unresponsive on local or remote system , events on clipboards not being relayed between systems. not lock being put in place sort of failed data transmission. 2 steps can take restore clipboard without restarting session.

•use task manager kill rdpclip.exe process

•run rdpclip.exe restart it
