i tried bring microsoft word daughter's computer, 2 days ago worked says has been deleted.  tried run restore june 5th did not work.  daughter , in barcelona spain , not have access code reactivate software, should do.  in valencia spain , not until tomorrow.

Invalid pointer on gpresult /h gpreport.html
