Domain Audit Policies not showing up on member server

hello,

i have domain level gpo has audit policies enabled success  and failure.

i have member server called documents , want setup basic file , folder auditing.

when run auditpol /get /category:*   ; not show proper audit categories enabled?  i show account management enabled success , failure... object access audit category set no auditing.. though global gpo has object access category enabled?

it seems member server not audit gpo updates?

when try use local policy editor on member server shows cannot modify audit policy categories because  the settings  controlled domain gpo?

i want setup basic file , folder auditing?

based on understanding, configure audit policy settings document server via gpo. gpo did not apply sucessfully. right?

firstly, please check if scope of gpo , setting of security filtering correct.

secondly, please follow steps below check if gpo applied client:

1. click start, type rsop.msc in search box access resultant set of policy.
2. check if gpo applied client , setting of gpo correct.

in addition, if gpo has applied clients, please check if there other gpos have conflicts gpo in client.

what’s more, can provide shortcut of gpo further troubleshooting.
