Sub OU GP not being propagated

i have various group policies each ou.   top level policies being deployed.   non of sub ous being deployed.

for example.

contoso.com

 --->group policy 1

 --->group policy 1

 ou- united states

---- group policy 3

group policy 3 not ran.

first, suggest check if top level gpo configured "enforced". right-click top level gpo check below.

and need check if gpo link sub ous configure "link enable".

if above ok, suggest try run gpresult /h gpreport.html troubleshooting. , please post report further research.

Invalid pointer on gpresult /h gpreport.html
