in windows 8.1  vpn conection fine 

 now when  i try in win 10  conection give me limted 4 reson 

 any idea  ?

the first question comes mind whether or not you’re using third party vpn client.  if have vpn connection set through windows 10 technical preview, 1 option may disable “use default gateway on remote network” option vpn’s advanced tcp/ip settings.  keep in mind though doing this, may have add additional routes vpn connection.
