Group Policy Issues on "one" computer (Windows XP)

hey guys,

i've got huge headache , i've exhausted many many google searches have still not received solution , hoping guys might willing , caring enough share me knowledge! :)

have reformatted laptop our company working , fine except bsod every 5mins.
now, it's working fine , beautiful , it's nothing ever happened! it's re-installed , normal user's eye better dream...

however, in eyes nightmare. have joined our domain , given correct dns settings every other computer in organization, has exact same name had before , it's sids have been rebuilt (twice now) sinec not use images, , once using newsid has been made obsolete sysinternals (i knew sids useless).

now, reason bring sids because attrocity cannot receive group policy. though 1 of group policies giving wsus data , manages connect correct server without apparent direction group policy according gpresult (which kindly returns "the user \domain\user has no rsop data" or "info: policy object not exist"). if try gpupdate /force event viewer logs errors not being able know domain controller contact (network connection error) logged userenv.

now, computer has same exact same name, exact same settings did before , before, used receive group policy.

have tested dc's , replicating fine , not reporting errors. however, domain particular computer on logging errors on dc security policy every 5 or mins. doubt has though here event viewer info

the issue looks unusual, please collect mpsreport of the xp client , server has been configured the gpo setting for further investigation.

how collect mps report:

 

a)    download proper mps report tool website below. microsoft product support reportshttp://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=cebf3c7c-7ca5-408f-88b7-f9c79b7306c0&displaylang=en

b)    double-click run it. if requirement not met, please follow wizard download , install them. after that, click next, when "select diagnostics want run" page appears, select general; internet , networking; business network; server components; click next.

c)     after collecting log files, choose "save results". choose folder save <computername> mpsreports.cab file.
