Managing Fine-Grained Security Policies with Powershell

after bit of hopping around, came reference creating , managing security fine grained policies activedirectory module.

i tried doing web search on "managing security fine-grained policies", , reference didn't come up.  that's why i'll add favorites, , why i'm making post.
