Web Interface for Powershell Scripting

i looking design internal website administrative functions common exchange powershell scripts run , things that.  i make nice interface non-technical people know how use this.  i know server 2012 has powershell web access not have 2012 servers installed yet.  i have read ton of articles , see asp.net may work have better instructions or possible free solutions out there can me this.  thanks.
