No floppy diskette driver in Windows 10 Preview Enteprise ISO x64?

i using .vfd floppy diskette plug autounattend.xml iso installs in order automate vm provisioning. , now, there no flpydisk.sys.

how come?

i know generation 2 machines not support vfd, yet using normal generation 1 vm with win2012.
