Can u setup a trusted location for an entire Sharepoint Site Collection

i have deployed vsto 2010 word template sp 2010 content type template. content type used in many child sites of the site collection. inside of words trust centre can setup 1 trusted location of the site collection or have done each site?

it may not possible set children sites trusted in microsoft office word 2010.
