Storage Spaces - Shrink a parity Virtual Disk

greetings,

have machine server 2012 r2 create parity virtual disk using storage spaces.  i'm unhappy parity in storage spaces want rid of , since don't have many disks around cant move data off , delete it. 

i want remove disk virtual disk/pool gui doesnt let me. wanted try shrinking volume see if it. 

currently have 4 x 3tb drives single virtualdisk on capacity of 8.17tb , 5.10tb used. want shrink 6tb , try remove freaking disk. 

ive seen tutorials around such setting disk retired dont think effective remove drive raid. tried "resize-virtualdisk" in ps "not supported" error.

help? im out of ideias , want storage spaces gone!

hello final update on adventure microsoft storage spaces.

to clarify started storage pool of 4 x 3tb physical drives , vdisk (virtual-disk) in parity mode around 8.6tb allocated , 5.5tb used/occupied.

i want remove physical drive storage pool , have windows handle rebuild process move data new raid using same drives.

to bought new 3tb hard drive needed 1 drive out storage pool able save data while rebuild raid new system using unraid.

windows wouldnt let me remove physical disk without reason , started adventure on 7 days trying so. 

following tim cerling suggestion went , shrinked parity vdisk partition small could, first 3 tb easy , took seconds. after copied 2.5tb new harddrive bought , did 2 1tb shrinks 1 after other since windows giving retarded errors of "not enough free space" when had calculated 2.6tb free, oh well, typical microsoft. these 2 shrinks took around 48h (no joke) storage spaces terrible performance since doing kind of degrag @ 10mb/s.

than @ end of 2 days, windows still wouldn't let me shrink vdisk or remove physical disk storage pool more 7tb raw unused space.

after had idea of creating single vdisk without redundancy thinking easier windows manage, of course not lol 
went , copied parity vdisk single vdisk, took around 20h or so. deleted parity vdisk , still windows wouldn't remove physical disk storage pool asking me delete single vdisk. because dumb able manage data , free data other 3 physical disks.

knew windows spread data disks in single vdisks, set 3 of drives hot-spares , created new single vdisk (that called rage, seemed fitting). took around 30h copy single vdisk rage, no joke, storage spaces, @ amazing 6 or 7mb/s max. 

at end, deleted single vdisk , windows let me remove 3 physical drives set hot-spares. finish mounted 1 of disks removed storage pool windows , copied over. before of storage spaces slow due disks, copied 1.7tb in little on 3h @ constant speed of 148mb/s. no, wasn't disks, windows being stupid in way handling things.

im free hell , i'm never using microsoft storage solution in near future. it's sad market leader in operating systems solution, company valued in many billion dollars, poor compared things unraid extremely more flexible, have way way better performance in magnitudes of 20x faster , works better.
