Error while installing Realtek High Definition Audio Drivers & Restart Issues

hi folks having problems installing realtek high definition audio driver, working when i first installed windows 10 after had installed , had installed all the updates tested audio file worked fine done restart , audio driver no longer installed, went realtek website not let me install audio drivers cant rollback drivers either?.

also noticed windows 10 doesn't restart laptop im working on leaves power light on constant but the hard drive light flashes dimly fast doesn't restart?

no problem windows 8.1 pro 32bit

i had go bios , turn setting built in audio automatic , enabled. once did that, windows 10 re-installed driver , works.
