how long will it take for MOVE a 2 TB VM from one drive to another drive on the same hyper-v 2012 RTM? and can we do a live move?

how long take move 2 tb vm 1 drive drive on  the same hyper-v 2012 rtm?

and can live move or have shut down vm before move it.  note- want storage move (move vhd applications only.  no os vhd moved.)

we know 2012 r2 can live move can 2012 rtm live move??

highly dependent upon configuration.  not give information configuration.

some storage vendors have ability perform move file 1 physical volume in short period of time.  using ability of san provider take few seconds of downtime of vm while changed settings point new location.

if san vendor not have ability, can use live storage migration. takes time, again dependent upon speed of transfer storage capable of doing overall load on system.
