Joined Server To AD as 2nd DNS, Can't Log On

good afternoon everyone,

have created domain on windows 2008 r2 server , configured dns correctly. installed 2nd 2008 r2 server act replication of ad & dns zones. joined 2nd server domain , installed dns. went primary dns , set replication they'll see each. once ad finished installing on 2nd server , restarted, won't let me log on admin account. i've read joining domain disables administrator accounts default. i'm new ad bare me. how can onto 2nd server without doing system restore? appreciated. thank you.

"i've read joining domain disables administrator accounts default." - not true. if promote server domain controller local administrator account becomes domain administrator account. example on server logged on using servername\administrator and password xyz, after dcpromo logon using domain\administrator and password xyz. if managed join secondary dc domain should able login using domain admin account or domain\administrator account had been configured password when configured first dc.

is 2nd 2008 r2 dns server hosting primary active directory integrated zone or secondary zone (read only)?

please provide in detail steps took configure seconf domain controller.
