Practicality issues deploying IPv6 PKI

deploying ipv6 requires human users, client computers, etc. integrated pki. how deliver digital certificate private key ipv6 hosts? download on ipv4 not possible, ipv4 unreliable. if serious harm has befallen people have used ipv6, source obtained private key ipv6 pki may suspect. if source indeed trustworthy, private keys in ipv6 pki can compromised through application of electromagnetic interference, , therefore ipv6 not secure. leading and/or trailing zeroes in 48-bit mac address make easier spoof such mac address? such mac address introduce kind of security vulnerability @ all? http://social.technet.microsoft.com/forums/en-us/newthread?forum=winserversecurity&prof=required
