Server 2008 R2 - New User with deactivated Email

hi,

when set new user, automatically create email address in exchange 2007.

it´s possible deactivate email address, because set new user few days before starting, receive emails or from internal distributions lists before start´s. in cases not way want. there way manage ?

provision ad account first , later provision mailbox when need it.

if done in scripted way need adjust scripts have.
