IPP - Can't get it to work on port 631

so i'm trying enable ipp printing various anonymous guests on our wireless network can use 1 of office printers have.  server 2008 r2, , printers hps.  regular printing works fine.

i've got ipp working on port 80 on both win7 , osx clients.  done via connecting <a href="http:///printers/<printername>/.printer">http://<ipaddress>/printers/<printername>/.printer  

windows done via add printer wizard , entering shared printer name.
osx done via using "advanced" option , manually selecting http iip protocol.

so question - how work on standard port of 631?  macs don't need steps, wish use "ipp" dialogue box default.  also, windows instructions state use ":631" part of ip string, i'm curious on why doesn't work.

i couldn't find configuration requirements, other adding role server.  ideas? 

i assume configuring using iis management tools.  far know, spooler expose interface using port 80.

if have documentation stating otherwise share?

Invalid pointer on gpresult /h gpreport.html
