RPC error on MacBook

i intermittently message posted below. connect fine, others not. work remotely issue interrupting ability work. help?

"rpc error: given host not found gateway server. please make sure hostname correct.(23005)"

i on macbook pro.

hi,

as error message indicates, connecting remote server via host name. however, rd gateway server did not find server provided. therefore, please make sure host name correct. also, can try ip address instead.

in addition, if need further assistance, please provide log file after reproduce issue mac client side further research.

microsoft remote desktop -> microsoft remote desktop -> send log via email -> copy , paste log here.
