Windows 10 constantly restarting

windows 10 says need restart after update not updating.  i've tried change update options grey , won't let me anything.  it's jan 3 , last update dec 16th , computer has restarted around 9 times today.

i'd try running;

sfc /scannow

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Invalid pointer on gpresult /h gpreport.html
