hi,

this issue occurs 1 of following reasons:

•the dependency services network discovery not running.

•the windows firewall or other firewalls not allow network discovery.

to resolve issue, follow these steps:

1.make sure following dependency services started:

  • dns client
  • function discovery resource publication
  • ssdp discovery

2.configure windows firewall allow network discovery. this, follow these steps:

  • open control panel, click system , security, , then click windows firewall.
  • in left pane, click allow program or feature through windows firewall.
  • click change settings. if prompted administrator password or confirmation, type password or provide confirmation.
  • select network discovery, , click ok.

3.configure other firewalls in network allow network discovery.
