Changing maxpagesize on a per user inquiry - is it possible?

i need increase maxpagesize search in ad.  interested in using query policy feature in ad.  however, prefer not change policy on server or domain basis.  rather, set policy 1 particular user, when doing search, can have larger maxpagesize value rest of our users.  

 

for example, our ticketing system runs link searches users container on nightly basis and, upon finding changes updates its' databases appropriately.  have service running under particular account.  have account able search 10000 records opposed 1000 standard within ad.

is possible on per user basis?  or need make change on server or domain level?

it's server setting, it's not per user. it's possible change value, if don't have don't it. paged search works without putting strain on server.
