Continually start service with powershell?

i have 1 of our in house windows services fails start unknown reason.   need attach remote debugger step through , see wrong.  unfortunately, service fails during startup instantly not enough time connect remote debugger.  using ps4, there way continually try start windows service until starts?  this might give me enough time attach remote debugger.

if service won't stay running long enough attach debugger out of luck.

many services not stay running. start , stop immediately. how designed.
