List of Computers with Acrobat Reader version

hi all,

 

we have lan of 700 users / computers, windows xp / 7 clients , 2008r2 domain. have query client pcs find out version of acrobat reader using. don't have software inventory @ moment, testing spiceworks , move on sce2010 if required.

will grateful if provide on getting list of computers acrobat , version either powershell script or vbs or psinfo ?

i have tried psinfo not in scripting, lists each , on computer.

well you've got couple choices getting list of computers...

ad or file 2 common...

then need check version..
don’t have installed cant check, might stored in registry... or can check version of exe itself, or can make call wmi's win32_product , through there, i'd advice against because of how slow is...

so, getting hostnames?

how want validate version?

Invalid pointer on gpresult /h gpreport.html
