NIC teaming in Server 2012

hi, first time using windows server , have little question. question is i want team 2 1 gbps adapter create 2 gbps connection during trasnfer, how can that?

you use server-manager.

server-manager -> local server -> in verview click on nic-teaming

create new team , add adapters.
