AD CS Certificate WebEnrollment in Failover Cluster Environment - W2K8 R2

hello,

i have pki in fo cluster , works except of web enrollment,

when i'm opening webbrowser , typing https://cahostname/certsrv - webpage opening when want request certificate receive error - no certificate templates available or don't have rights request - that.

i've read somewhere that certdat.inc under c$\windows\system32\certsrv must modified, 

i've tried many possibilities, if certutil -ping working, i'm still receiving error. ofc iis server s restarted everytime after change file.

any ideas or advices appreciated.

Invalid pointer on gpresult /h gpreport.html
